Background on AdeptID
AdeptID is a Boston-based company that uses AI to get people into jobs - both through its talent matching software and through the healthcare staffing companies it owns and empowers.
We're a new kind of AI company that combines software with traditional services to solve big problems - in this case, talent shortages in the healthcare industry.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager who can write fast and well, run social programs with clear metrics, and keep projects moving. You'll be the owner for day-to-day marketing execution, partnering closely with leaders across Adept and its staffing partners to turn ideas into crisp copy, campaigns, and shipped assets.
What You'll Do
- Own content creation end-to-end: headlines, short posts, emails/SMS, landing pages, and longer case studies.
- Run social channels: find the right communities, speak their language, track what works, and grow reach.
- Guard (and adapt) the brand voice across audiences-clinicians, clients, and partners.
- Drive projects to completion: set simple plans, hit dates, follow through.
Be proactive: spot needs, propose solutions, and take on ownership quickly.
Example projects you'd pick up on day one
- Jump into staffing company website updates and prepare to own more of that work.
- Own Adept's LinkedIn presence; partner with business unit leads on communicating the company story.
- Source and manage a logo designer; deliver a clear brief and final files.
- Rewrite SMS copy for candidate outreach (clear, compliant, friendly, high-CTR).
- Learn and embrace clinician internet culture - vibes, jokes, memes - and help shape social content.
- Draft external PR in collaboration with leadership as starting points for announcements.
- Prepare revised website copy for Adept's staffing landing page.
- Create customer case studies (draft, gather quotes, layout, publish).
- Drive a FB advertising / brand project, managing an external firm and reporting progress to stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years in marketing roles-comfortable with the basics, no heavy ramp needed.
- Excellent writer and editor: you produce clean, on-brand copy fast and rarely need proofing.
- Social native: you know how to find communities, tailor voice, and measure outcomes.
- Brand sense: strong instincts and the ability to flex tone by audience.
- Project driver: You manage your own deadlines and keep collaborators on track.
- Ownership mindset: you see around corners, raise your hand, and take responsibility.
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or HR tech.
- Comfort with simple design tools (Figma/Canva) and website/CMS basics.
- Familiarity with analytics and campaign reporting (UTMs, dashboards).
How we work
- Clear goals, short feedback loops, bias to shipping.
- Respect for craft and speed-quality and pace can (and should) co-exist.
- Hybrid, flexible; some in-person time for key working sessions.
Sound like you? Send a short note with 2–3 links to your work (posts, pages, campaigns) and a quick paragraph on a project you owned end-to-end and what you learned.
