The Role

We're seeking a visionary experienced leader to drive our engineering efforts and scale our operations. As Head of Engineering, you'll lead our R&D team, balance innovative research with product development, and spearhead our technical strategy.

• Oversee product development from research through commercialization
• Lead optimizing and scaling production processes
• Collaborate across departments to align technical capabilities with business goals

Ideal Candidate

• Advanced degree in Textile Science, Fiber Science, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or related field(s)
• 8+ years in polymer-based product development, 3+ years in leadership
• Proficient in polymer processing and spinning technologies
• Proven track record in R&D leadership and successful product launches
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Passionate about sustainability and innovation
