We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager on the Provider Team at Eko Health plays a pivotal role in driving strategic partner relationships and leading key initiatives to scale Eko Health’s partnerships. This is an individual contributor, partner-facing role that’s ideal for someone with experience owning cross-functional projects and collaborating across teams. This individual will play a large role in building and growing reseller programs.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a playbook to bring new retail partners onboard - from researching and initiating partnerships to coordinating launch readiness and enabling long-term success. They will also contribute to the expansion and performance of existing partnerships. As a key customer-facing contributor, they will manage partner timelines and sales objectives, process inventory order requests, deliver performance reporting, and coordinate quarterly partner meetings
This is a hybrid role with required onsite presence on Tue/Wed/Thu.

As Partnerships Manager at Eko, You Will:

  • Develop a Playbook: Design and continuously optimize a scalable framework for identifying, onboarding, and activating new retail partners, drawing on market feedback and business goals.
  • Reseller Partnership Development: Lead end-to-end partner development, including identifying strategic targets, developing outreach strategies, and guiding prospects through onboarding to launch.
  • Timeline Management: Drive cross-functional project timelines across teams to ensure partner launch readiness and delivery against shared KPIs.
  • Inventory Order Processing: Manage and process inventory order requests efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to meet partner needs.
  • Create Partner-Facing Materials: Develop and update marketing collateral and guidelines for reseller partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and update partner forecasts, providing accurate data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute quarterly partner meetings with a focus on driving engagement and alignment. Own agenda development and manage logistics.
  • Product Innovation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product innovation plans align with and support partners’ sales objectives.

As Partnerships Manager at Eko, Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring partner initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with business priorities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within partnership programs and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to partner activities and events, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

As Partnerships Manager at Eko, You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
