We're looking for a gifted storyteller and passionate self-starter with entrepreneurial DNA that can build the HILOS brand and audience.

Overall this role is reponsible for running HILOS' marketing and sales vertical - everything the customer experiences from first awareness through to purchase and customer retention.

HILOS is on a mission to change the way the world makes, eliminating waste by delivering completely circular product on-demand. Our marketing director is inheriting a brand and story that the founding team has crafted, but will need to put their own stamp on it and help grow our audience across all channels (paid, earned, and organic).

Responsibilities will include:

• Overall marketing strategy, annual and seasonal
• Selecting and managing our PR partners for press and celebrity placements
• Managing paid ads, SEO and CRO optimization
• Ownership of customer touchpoints
• Content marketing across web and social
• Managing marketing team
