How to use the Pariti talent platform

Step by Step walkthrough

Setting up your account

Click on the "Sign In" button and enter your email address. You can also sign in using your LinkedIn. If you already have an existing account and opt for the LinkedIn sign-in method, please make sure that your LinkedIn email matches the one used to create your previous account.
Check your email for a verification link and click on it.
Fill in your information, including your name, LinkedIn profile, country, functional area, and industry expertise (up to three areas).
Indicate how you heard about Pariti Talent.
Click "Continue" to complete the setup.

Searching for Jobs

After setting up your account, you can start searching for jobs to refer candidates to.
For example, let's say you know a software engineer and want to find engineering roles for them.
Use the search parameters to narrow down the job search, such as specifying "engineer," "hybrid role," "Kenya," and "3-5 years of experience."
The platform will display the roles that match your criteria.
Select a role that fits the requirements, such as "Software Engineer at Turco."
You can use multiple filters at once to narrow your search
You can also click “Clear all” to remove all chosen filters at once.

Referring a Candidate:

Review the job details to ensure you understand it to make a suitable referral. Always check the “Non-negotiables” and read the JD thoroughly.
Click on "Refer a Candidate" to initiate the referral process.
Enter the contact details of the person you want to refer.
If you have their CV, you can upload it. Also include their LinkedIn profile link.
You can Grant permission to let the candidate and the hiring company know the referral comes from you.
Double-check all the information you entered is correct and click "Submit."
Important note: Always Confirm with the candidate to ensure they are interested in a role before referring them.

Making Additional Referrals:

If you want to refer another candidate, click the job again and follow the process as before.
If you want to explore more job opportunities, go back to the job board and search for the job you want to make a referral to.

Checking Referral Progress:

You can easily track the progress of your referrals. This would keep you informed of how they are progressing.
Simply click on "Referrals" on your tab.
You would notice that you have an “active” and “closed” sections. Active referrals are once that are still progressing in the recruitment process. Closed, are the once that have been rejected or the role has been filled.
You would see your referrals progress from referred, to screening, to interviewed all the way to hired if they are successful.
If they are rejected, you would see a tag with the reason for rejection.
