Non-Negotiables and Client-Specific Guidelines

While every role has its set of Non-Negotiables (must-have qualifications), some clients may also provide specific guidelines for sourcing candidates. These could include:
Preferred industries or backgrounds.
Specialized skills or certifications beyond the role's Non-Negotiables.
Cultural or regional preferences aligned with the client’s needs.
Always review these details in the job description or sourcing brief. Adhering to these ensures we meet client expectations. A suitable candidate must meet ALL the stated Non-negotiables.

⛔️ "No Poach" List

Certain roles come with a "No Poach" list, which specifies companies from which candidates must not be sourced. This is critical for maintaining trust and honoring client agreements.
Important Notes:
Referrers who source candidates from companies on this list will face a one-month account suspension as a penalty.
Repeated violations may result in further disciplinary actions, including potential removal from the program.
