Company Referral Bonus

Referral Submission: Company referrals should be submitted through this Form. Once you submit a referral you’ll get a confirmatory email.

Initial Contact: All company referrals would be reviewed. If the company meets the criteria they would be contacted through the information you’ve provided.

Status Update: We'll update you on our conversation with the referred company within 2 weeks of your submission.

Reward Process: If the referred company becomes a client, we'll notify you and reward you with a $200 company referral bonus.

There's no restriction on the types of companies you can refer. However, we're primarily looking for companies hiring for the following positions:

You would need to input the details of a contact person in the company you are referring. So ensure to input valid details.

To make the process more effective, only refer companies you know are currently recruiting or you know would be recruiting in the next 3 months.

Ensure that the company contact you are sharing is someone you know and is aware that you have submitted their information to Pariti. This ensures that when we reach out to them, they are prepared for us to open discussions with them about potentially listing upcoming roles on our platform.

You have a higher chance of success if you prepare your contact prior to submitting their information to us. Inform them that you will be submitting their information to Pariti so that we can specifically discuss their open positions, upcoming positions and how they can benefit from working with us.

If a company contact has already been submitted by another referrer, we will prioritise the referral that came in first. This means that you will not be receiving the bonus if the contact converts into a job posting on our platform.

If we receive two different contacts from the same company, we will pursue both. In the event that the company lists a job on our platform, we will issue the referral bonus to the referrer who’s contact led to the conversion.

You will be informed of the outcome of your contact, 2 weeks after you have submitted your referral. We will inform you whether we have gotten into active discussions, your contact has not yet responded, or whether we will be dropping the conversation altogether.
