Note: Participants are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions thoroughly before participating in the competition. Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

  • This competition is open to all registered referrers on the Pariti platform.
  • Referrers must submit ≥10 Standard Referrals to have a chance. A Standard Referral is when a referrer submits a referral of someone else’s profile. This should not include the referrer submitting their own profile (Self-Referral) or a General Referral.
  • Referrers who earn higher than 100 Pariti Points and a Quality Rate of ≥15% will be considered in the running for the top 3 slots by the 30th of November
  • Pariti Points will be determined in the following way:

  • The Pariti Referrer Quality Rate calculation is based on a referrer’s following stats:
  • Total referrals accepted by Pariti
  • Total referrals accepted by candidate
  • Total referrals that respond to indicate interest

    • If a referrer’s total quality rate is above 15%, they will receive a bi-monthly email update from Pariti updating them on their scores.

    Duration:

  • The competition starts on the 1st of November 2023 and ends on the 30th of November 2023.

    • Rewards:

  • The top three referrers with the highest quality rate will be awarded as follows:
  • 🥇 1st Place: $100
  • 🥈 2nd Place: $50
  • 🥉 3rd Place: $25
  • Rewards will be paid out during the first payout week of December 2023.

    • In the event that there is a tie between referrers in terms of their Pariti Points as well as their Quality Rate, we will utilise the referrer’s historical performance to determine as a tie breaker.

    Leaderboard:

  • A leaderboard will be shared during our weekly Tuesday newsletter.
  • The leaderboard will display the top-performing referrers based on their Pariti points and Quality Rate.
  • Rankings will be displayed using the first initials of referrers' first and last names (e.g., Jane Doe will be displayed as J.D).

    • Communication:

  • Participants will be informed about the competition and their standings through various channels including, but not limited to, email and Slack.

    • Progress Updates:

  • Only referrers who are within the requirements of the competition will receive automated progress updates via email.
  • ≥ 100 Pariti Points
  • ≥ 15% Quality Rate

    • Data Protection:

  • Personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
  • Decisions made by the organisation regarding the competition are final and binding.
  • By participating, referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    • General:

  • Pariti reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition if necessary.
