Position Overview:

Ren is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Renewable Energy Solutions to serve as the driving force behind Ren’s renewable energy initiatives, overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of innovative projects for our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of renewable energy solutions across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to advance the company's position as a leader in corporate renewable energy solutions.
  • Drive continuous innovation and identify new opportunities for growth in emerging markets.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to ensure our customers receive access to the renewable energy projects they need to hit their decarbonization goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including industry leaders, brand representatives, and investors.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Drive operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization to maximize profitability and sustainability.
  • Implement best practices in project management, procurement, and supply chain operations to streamline processes and reduce costs for Ren’s customers.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry standards related to renewable energy. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits governing renewable energy projects and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in the renewable energy industry with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Experience growing and developing teams, and managing budgets, in alignment with corporate and departmental goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of organizations, both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development, and regulatory requirements.
  • A thorough grasp of corporate ESG management and how it is accomplished within large organizations.
  • Familiarity with factories, manufacturing, and global supply chains so as to positively influence corporate supply chains towards renewable energy procurement.
