Our platform connects electric fleets, chargers, batteries, generators, and grid signals into a unified interface that empowers operators to control energy intelligently, optimize cost, and support grid reliability.
About You

Electric Vehicle industry experience is a plus. Experience with broader hardware-enabled SaaS or IoT will be considered relevant

Familiarity with internal and external CRM or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Pylon, Linear)

Experience analyzing system logs, running basic SQL queries, and API calls

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong prioritization and single-tasking abilities
What You'll Do

Maintain customer satisfaction through regular customer communications and responses to inbound technical and account issues

Support adoption of the Synop platform through proactive check-ins and feature usage monitoring.

Document customer needs and submit internally as product feature requests, enhancements and bug fixes

Onboard new customers, following and improving task checklists and timelines

Support pre-sales efforts and early-stage pilot deployments

Generate documentation for Synop’s internal and external knowledge base

Interface with hardware partners for new-model testing and firmware update testing

Manage shipment of devices and enablers (SIM cards, RFID cards) on behalf of customers.
